Hi Ron, why does the hole being sharp make it easier to crack though? And why does beveling the whole reduce the chance of cracking?
Thanks Ron, appreciate it.
Ron is like the wellspring of bowling ball tech knowledge, really appreciate it 😁
@Ronald Hickland Jr Does the softer, rounded edge disperse the energy of impact by having wider surface to absorb it?
@Aaron B it definitely helps because you don’t have a sharp corner weak point.
@Ronald Hickland Jr well I guess guys like Norm Duke have a lot of cracked balls cause he leaves his finger hole edges sharp.
Great information. Thanks Ron
great info
Great advice! I am a regular watcher. Just started bowling. I am 71 and love it . First game was 68. Second was 111. A lot of information to process, but i am having fun. $1.50 per game at Valley River Casino in Murphy, NC. Thanks for the information.

The new axiom solid I just bought is like that at the pin. Like the pin is dropped and not flush with the ball. I wonder if they will take it back
Do you think that the will reimburse my ball since it cracked beacuse it wasnt beveled?
