    1. Sjay! Your not supposed to use strength you just let the ball go but if you wanna be stronger do some rows

  2. What if you don’t HAVE one of those balls. You need to develop these exercises for just the human body (like yoga). Downvoted for specialized equipment. Keep trying, though.
