Surface is the KEY to ball reaction….
On the 900 Global side, I have the Zen, Volatility Tourque and Purple Afterburner as my shiny balls. If I hit each with the P5000D, I would get an reaction consistent to what each ball is supposed to do?
So that ball WAS SUPPOSEDLY 1500 factory polished out of the box……. YOU didn’t hit it with a CTD 1500 ……… SO we don’t know what it actually was before you did that.
WHAT IS IT NOW?
I seem to recall advice along the lines of “before throwing a new ball – make sure it is what it says it is on the box”.
