  1. Great video! I was displeased with my Phaze 3 as well until I finally bit the bullet and took a 2000 to it. It reads the lane so well now.

    1. Wow, I’ve had same problem with overhook on back ends, this makes total sense and I’m going for this too!

    2. @ScCrash26 This seems to be a savior for many, many people, but it makes you wonder… Why make a ball that is nearly impossible to use out of the box?

  2. Im glad you did this video with this ball. I have same problem with it. Never get to use it where I bowl cause it’s so strong once it hits the dry. Or if it’s oily it wants to slide too long.

  3. Great video i would like to see you change the surface of the volatility. I took mine up to 3000 with the same pads you have and wow what a ball. I am still deep but i dont destroy the pattern at my house and i dont have to make crazy moves. Keep up the great.content.

  4. This was a perfectly timed video for me. I have a Black Widow Pink that I love, but tends to be too flippy off dry. I hit it with 3000 and it’s perfect now. Thank you!

  5. I haven’t changed my Phaze III’s surface yet. Its been unreliable so far. I will change the surface to 3000 or 4000. Thanks for the video.

  6. This ball makes the craziest left turn I’ve ever seen. I can’t imagine ever using this at a tournament.

  7. Thanks for this video. I have a lot of difficulty managing my balls reaction after it gets off the pattern. I’ve been looking at the PhazeIII but haven’t pulled the trigger. I think I might get 2…one shiny and one a little roughed up. The ball appears to have enough control built into it to support both surfaces.

  8. Love the Phaze III out of the box, 300 game 1st game of summer league right after getting out of Covid jail.

  9. I was thinking about getting surface, for my Brunswick se jab. It is the pearl coverstock. What is your opinion on using surface on that ball?

  10. Thank you so much for making this video! I have a phaze 3 and have had the same problem with the over-under. I am getting surface pads soon so thank you for showing shots with the different surfaces.
