  1. hello jr happy labor day!your video on the 4 step approach really helped me.my timing was just bad.last night i rolled a 185 with my new no grafitti.and a 193 with my new sesimic blackout.first i bowled since the shutdown im in NC..before i was rolling in the high 150s low 160s. THANK YOU!

  2. Hello Jr i was wondering what you might suggest for getting back in to bowling after nearly 10 years away from the game plus being in my early 50s .

  3. Pinch, a pinch, a pinch, a pinch, a pinch, a pinch, a pinch, a pinch more. Is a “pinch more” 2 pinches then or 3 pinches?

  4. This is just superb, I have been researching “proper technique throwing bowling ball” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about – Piylivern Remarkable Predominance – (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? It is an awesome exclusive guide for discovering how to up your bowling game quickly without the headache. Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate got amazing results with it.

  5. Anyone have way to remove the thumb consistantly to keep from sailing one in the air every now and then? Thanks

    1. Put tape inside the thumb hole close to the bottom of the whole to push ur thumb back it will help ur thumb come out faster
