At most bowling tournaments, there will be a lane graph on the wall to help bowlers prepare for competition. Team USA member Chris Barnes discusses lane graphs and breaks down exactly what a bowler should be looking for while examining the graph. Make sure to take away two main things from a lane graph – oil pattern distance and total volume.

    1. DrPapufu8923 I played in the Badger and Don Carter oil patterns. I threw it between the 12-14th boards which went pretty well hitting the pocket. I’ve used a Snap Lock 1500 grit Bowling ball and it helped me attack the oil pattern.
