I wish I could send you guys a video my issue is the elbow bending on the way back. It starts the bend just as it gets past my leg and on the way up and it continues to state bent on the way down. I know Iām losing some leverage because of this. How to correct. Please

Key point: shoulder is quiet, not moving forward and backward throughout pushaway and swing vastly improved my accuracy and leverage.
