A bit confusing when you say you don’t have to go through 500 and 2000 to get 2000 because the pads cut at the grit they say, but then you say you have to step through 2000 3000 or 4000 to get 3000 or 4000 grit finish. Why do you have to step through the grits at the higher finishes?
Check this out it explains the details as the 3000 and higher pads are different in construction than the 2000 and lower grits. https://ctdbowling.com/blogs/news/an-understanding-of-sanding-and-bowling-balls?_pos=1&_sid=2f8b895d7&_ss=r
Do you now recommend sanding 4 sides when using the conditioner or 4 sides in general now?
I remember a previous video you said to sand 6 sides for an even cut. Since doing that I feel my ball reaction gets the closest to factory finish over doing 4 sides.
Four for touch ups, 6 for resurfacing
@Ronald Hickland Jr Thanks for the clarification!
400 dollars is alot
It’s an investment. That $250 bowling ball isn’t going to last near as long and you keep buying them right? This offers much more use ability and can make those bowling balls better. So over the long term is a better investment.
It is a lot of money but with the added product the value far exceeds what the cost of the spinner and product separately would be.
