  1. Small adjustments can mean so much in the long run thank you for giving me things to think about in my game

  2. Rated a 6, this will help your balance at delivery. Keep working on it Brad you’ll get there!

  3. Practice with purpose!!! Great job guys. Too many folks I bowl with will tell me they practiced this week and I’ll ask them β€œwhat did you work on specifically?” And they don’t have an answer. Practice with a purpose!

  4. Just remember folks. Before they were full time tour bowlers, they practiced a LOT more than 45-90mins per session

  5. Hey Kyle, I get tired myself. I make sure my left hand makes the ball weightless and every time before I take my first step, I saw Alex Cavagnaro always move his right elbow before his first step. I always looked at that and started doing the same. Just something that might help that’s all.

  6. I appreciate your sharing of this, as we all definitely are always looking to improve something!

It energizes me to know that I’m not alone in working on one thing and while doing so missing something else (missing my spot down lane, missing on the release, etc)

    Keep grinding boys

  7. I give Brad about a 7 on the trail leg staying in contact with the ground. It’s there, just need the reps to make it second nature. Great focus Brad it will come!

  8. I’d say 3 out of 5 trailing leg shots were golden. The 4th was not good and the 5th looked questionable but managed to save it. Keep up the great work fellas!

  9. My bowling coach always reminded me that “practice does not make perfect”. “Perfect practice makes perfect”.

  10. Hit the nail on the head. Practice with a purpose. When me and my bowling practice, me personally I practice on staying behind the ball. My coach who is Carol Stormin Norman try to get me to back off when throwing hi tech bowling balls. Less equals more. Putting more on a bowling ball it reads lanes to quickly.

  11. Love the interaction that you guys are bringing with us the views, hope one day I get to hit the lanes with you guys, Cheers from Tampa Florida.

  12. such good advice to pick one thing at a time to focus on. Love seeing what you guys are working on now

  13. Great practice session guys. Castle Lanes is one of my favorite bowling centers. Happy that you guys stopped in.

  14. Great advice!! I tell my kids and other players that ask for my help the same thing. The smallest of things usually make the biggest impact. Keep up the great work gentlemen.

  16. Kyle, what I noticed in the TOC. You need to work on a 3 step approach and only focus on your release. Even fix grabbing by doing a foul line 3 swing release. This will simplify release and keep you consistent.
