  1. This is so true. When I feel like I’m on a plateau, I’m actually pretty pleased that I’m staying where I am, and I’m not going back down to where I was by throwing average-killing bad games.

  2. Coach Daniel has definitely helped me improved my form. He pays attention to details and points out opportunities in your game that you may not even know your doing. He also praises you on what you do well and doesn’t try to change it. If you are in the St. Louis area, I would highly recommend booking a session. Phenomenal Coach!

  3. This definitely gave me a boost of confidence and it made me realize that I don’t get worse and worse the more I practice, I just need to go through the plateau, be patient, and don’t expect perfect results every time. I average 180 and there are sometimes that I can barely bowl above 170 and it just frustrates me but like Kyle says you just don’t match up that day or you’re not prepared for the lanes that day. I learned a lot from this video and it really helped my mental game out, thanks Kyle and Coach Daniel.

  4. Needed this. Iโ€™ve been wondering why Iโ€™ve been sucking lately when my form has never been better. This is good to know. Thank you Kyle and Coach Daniel. Iโ€™m going to subscribe one of these days.

  5. Some bowlers have a low standard of deviation – most of their games are close to their average so they will feel like they have “plateaued”. Other bowlers with higher standards of deviation will have more low and high games and will feel like they are inconsistent.

  6. Thanks for the great advice !!! Another Coach

  7. One of my leagues started 4 weeks ago. First week 660. Next 2 weeks they had a problem with the oil and everyone dropped. They fixed the machine and last week I had a 630. No one knew about the machine till last week so we all chased changes to our game. I am 79 so when I started great but then I figured, like you said, my game needed major changes. WRONG. Thanks for the guidance.

  8. I appreciate seeing this, especially as I continue my recovery from surgery & getting back into the swing of things again. Definitely made me realize a lot on top of knowing that I have work to do for myself.

  9. Coach Daniel gives me a better perspective on the game with better thought process rather than negatives. Thanks Brad and Kyle for bringing him on board with your channel

  10. I’ve coached youth & high school for several years, and when my students hit a plateau I try to get them to reflect back on how much better their game is than it was a year ago. I appreciate all that you guys do for the sport!
